I just joined this newly launched program to build unlimited incoming links to my blog. I can see the potential of the prgram. When you join the program, you can build quality (dofollow) backlinks to your blog. Compare to nofollow links, dofollow backlinks will boost your blog's page rank. (note: dofollow and nofollow links both looks identical when display in browser, the difference is how the search engine spider index the link)
What really amazed me is the program is FREE to join and also you can increase your google adsense earnings at the same time. In order to get more quality backlinks, what you need to do is just contribute more contents to the program. The more you provide, the more backlinks you'll get.
