The 1st step is making the PayPal account so that you can actually make the money. Copy and paste this to the address bar https://www.paypal.com . 2. In the “Recipient’s Email” field enter the email address;
3. In the “Amount” field enter “1″ (This is your $1.00 payment);
4. In the “Category” field select “Service”;
