Office 2010: The Movie

Microsoft confirmed that the latest Microsoft Office 2010 will come in 2 versions, the 32bit and 64bit version, as compare to previous Office only has 32bit and 16bit version. Office 2010 will run on Windows XP SP3, Windows Vista, and Windows 7.

Windows LIVE Writer – Must Have for Blogger

As a regular writer to update your blog, i will recommend you to install the Windows LIVE Writer. This application come with many great features, including special inserting tools, whereby allow you to insert tables, images, videos easily. Another feature is offline control of your blog, means you can edit your post offline, then later only publish it online. The Writer also come together with spell checker, so now you should not have spelling error in your blog!

Hack Windows XP Password

Forgot your Windows XP password or trying to hack someone's computer? You can try the xpPasswordBreaker. Burn the application to a cd. After that just boot from the cd-rom drive:
1) type setup.exe
2) choose your harddrive where you install Windows, normally drive C:
3) after that select ADMIN and you can modify the password

In order to speedup your daily jobs, you need to know some commonly used Microsoft Word shortcut keys, below is the list

Ctrl + A Select all contents of the page.
Ctrl + B Bold highlighted selection.
Ctrl + C Copy selected text.
Ctrl + X Cut selected text.
Ctrl + P Open the print window.

AntiFreeze Your Windows

Sometimes our Windows will hang and become unresponsive. I believe we all encounter this problem before. If you are working on something really important and urgent, and the Windows hang, what do you do IF you did not save your work? Maybe you can try the Windows Task Manager, with the hope it can unfreeze the Windows. But most of the times, Windows Task Manager is not helping.



AntiFreeze offers you last recourse when you find your computer in a hung state. All you need to do when your computer hang, just press hotkeys (ALT+CTRL+WIN+HOME) and it will start the AntiFreeze Task Manager. You can kill some of the applications by pressing the 'End Process' button to unFreeze your Windows.

Microsoft's BING!

Let's 'bing the world'. Microsoft introduce its latest search engine 'BING', to replace its not so popular MSN Search.

Bing has the ability to display a summary of the site that you are searching, just at the right panel of the page whenever you scroll over the list of search result. Currently the Bing is quite clear in the sense that there is no ads here and there compare to Google. See below pictures for the comparison.

Windows 7 Beta - Free Download

Microsoft released its Windows 7 Beta free for download. Windows 7 (formerly known as Blackcomb and Vienna) has been widely anticipated since developers got the first glimpse of it at a Microsoft conference. Microsoft promises that the new OS with name Windows 7 will have faster startup and shutdown times, fewer security alerts, and will provide better power management leading to improved battery life on laptops.

Microsoft showed off Windows 7's support for multitouch interfaces, simplified home networking, and easier management of peripheral devices such as cell phones and digital cameras. In addition, the OS will have an updated Taskbar, new animated desktop effects, context-sensitive menus and a smarter desktop search tool. And it will be good enough to run on a notebook with as little as 1GB of RAM and a 1GHz processor, Microsoft has promised.
